平成２３年６月１９日（日）　青果部運営協議会主催の我が家でできる漬梅教室が開催され６６人の参加がありました。

当日は南高梅（なんこううめ）で有名な、和歌山県みなべ町から４人が来場されました。

漬梅教室では、梅酒や梅干しの作り方を、講師（みなべ町の梅の生産者）の、丁寧でわかりやすい説明に参加者はメモを取りながら熱心に聞き入っていました。
